Baytec 5 Gallon Steel Black Pail with Rust Inhibitor Unlined W/Trisure Fitting

Baytec's closed-head steel pails are designed, manufactured, and certified to meet DOT/49 CFR requirements for hazardous liquids. These strong and durable pails are also ideal for in-plant use. Although often considered unlined, they come with a standard Rust-Inhibitor Lining.

The Steel Bucket is a UN-rated 5-gallon black tight head steel pail with 2" and 3/4" drum bung fittings, lined with rust inhibitor enamel. This enamel is commonly used to package light to mild industrial and commercial solvents and chemicals. The 24-gauge closed-head round bucket is the strongest and thickest steel pail offered, providing maximum security for your product.

The rust inhibitor enamel prevents the pail from rusting prior to being filled, but it is not intended to act as a lining. It is normally applied in thin films of 0.1-0.2 mils dry.

This Steel Tight Head Solid Weld Molded Pail comes with (1) 2" NPT Bung Hole and Cap and (1) 3/4" NPT Bung Hole and Cap, along with the standard Rust Inhibitor Lining. It is rated for hazardous liquids and features a 3" metal handle on top.
